Don’t Look Up.

This Might Be The Last Time I Blog With Two Eyes.

So today I have to get an MRI for me feet which have been bothering me for over a month and a half and I am scarred. Not for normal reasons that people are scarred; I’m not afraid of being in small spaces, or afraid of what the test result is going to be. I’m afraid of my eye exploding. Most of you don’t know me but one of my biggest fears is having my eye explode, which is why I didn’t sneeze for two years. (Yes, I know that sounds silly, but ask any of my friends and they’ll tell you). I heard that if there is any trace of metal in your eye during the MRI you eye will, like I said, explode. I don’t work with metal, and I have no reason to have metal stuck in my eye, but what if I do? You never know.

You know what else you never know? How fun something is until you try it. On facebook there is this application called Farmville, which I always thought was ridiculous. I kept getting posts in my news feed talking about it and I thought it was a stupid game that wasn’t fun, but then my friend convinced me to try it, and oh my god. This game is just like animal crossing, and some of you who have read my blog in the past know how obsessed I got with animal crossing. This morning I woke up and the first thing I thought was, “I need to harvest my strawberries!”

I also have to say this, but this is mostly so I don’t forget. For the past two nights I have had a dream about going and living in finland for a year, and the dream has been amazing and I always want it to keep going. I think my new goal is to live in finland.

Unified Theater and Colleges.

I know I haven’t been updating but I’m not going to go through my usual speech about how busy I’ve been, although it is still relevant. With school going my blog post will either increase in amount or decrease, but either way they should increase in quality. I’ve loaded up my schedule this year with more challenging classes such as Trigonometry, Advanced Physics and English Honors. The classes seem interesting as of now, but the homework load is really not enjoyable, seeing as I have some sort of play rehearsal going on every night of the week.

Speaking of plays, this year in school we have to do something called a capstone. A capstone is a senior project, except at my school we have to do it as juniors. But for my capstone I’m doing something called Unified Theater which is an amazing project founded by my friend Micaela Connery. The idea of Unified Theater is to put on a play which incorporates students with and without special needs. This project is going to be taking up a lot of my time but I’m very excited about it and I’m going to be blogging the whole way through it! It is going to be an amazing show, even if I don’t know what the show is even going to be yet!

For lack of transition I will jump in to my next section.

Because it’s my Junior year, that means that I’ve started looking at colleges. Can I just say, I am so tired of seeing colleges that I really like and then seeing the price of $20,000 or $30,000? Who can afford that? I really don’t want to go to college in state, but if I can’t find any reasonably priced colleges that I like I might. As of now I’m planing on majoring in Music Education because it’s something that I’ve always really enjoyed. I think that I just need to find a good college to get my bachelors in and then I need to find a great place to get my masters at. I’ve talked to my Choral director and she’s been very helpful, which I am very glad about.

I’m going to stop typing now, but I’m going to give you this video so you can get an idea of what unified theater is.

FF) Unified Theater is a non-profit organization which focuses on the abilities in all students.
