This Is Not A Blog Title

So I have no idea why I tell people that I know that I have this blog, because when ever someone I know comes up to me and says “Hey I read you blog last night!” I get really confused because my internet world and my real life world should not cross over. Maybe I should have this blog and then another blog where I talk about the things that I wouldn’t talk about in front of people I knew ha ha. So I’m really excited because I get to go to my friends prom tomorrow! We are taking a trolley, which should be really exciting because I’ve never gotten to take a fancy trolley. I’ll probably post up pictures of it on either saturday or sunday, depending on my lazy factor.

So I can’t beleive that school is getting so close to the end! I used to be so excited about it, and don’t get me wrong because I still am, but it’s kind of a bitter sweet ending. A good amount of my friends are graduating, including two of my best friends are graduating. I can’t even imagine what going to school without them is going to be like, so I just don’t think about it. One of them is staying in state, but the other one is going a few states over.

So I’m pretty sure that the fourth season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer just doesn’t exist. I mean, yes I’ve seen the box set, but I’m not going to buy that, and every site that has it crashes. Blockbuster doesn’t have it and my friend only has seasons 1-3 and 5-7. Maybe it’s 5-8 I don’t know. My blogs are so boring now, I’m really sorry for anyone reading this. Well I’m going to go now and do my homework. That’s a lie.

Obsessions Are A Strange Thing

Have you even been completely obsessed with something, or some one? I think it’s one of the weirdest things when all I can think about is one thing and it’s on my mind all the time. Now people that know me fairly well would think this thing might be youtube, blogging, twitter, Doctor Who, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, or something along those lines. Well those things have become such parts of my life that I don’t even need to obsess over them, it’s like how you don’t obsess over breathing. The one thing that used to be an obsession of mine, and when I finally got away I was so happy, is Animal Crossing. I don’t know how many of you guys have played it, but it is the most addicting game ever, because it never ends, and if you stop playing it bad things happens to you game. The reason why this game is so addicting to people is because, even while you don’t play, the game is playing. So right now when I am writing this blog the game is playing, and weeds are growing, and things are happening. It makes things that you wouldn’t want to do in real life fun! In the game you just run errands and make money to pay off your house and you have to keep everything neat and tidy and everyone has to be happy. I’m going to lie, this game has even made me a bit watery eyed when one of my favorite friends in the game decided to move away. This game does things to you I swear, It makes you feel like you ARE the character in the game. My character’s name is Ryan, which makes it even more like me, and the town I live in is Pallet Town (+10 Cool points if you can write in the comments were that name is from).

Also, I’m just going to add to this blog post that right now I am sick, and before I get any jokes I am going to tell you right now: NO, it is not H1N1. I think I should go sleep, and I know that I’m not going to go sleep, I’m going to go play animal crossing. I should probably proof read this blog… You’ll deal

Fun Fact: Sixty-seven percent of American heads of households play computer and video games.

Layout Change.

So I assume that you have noticed that I got a new layout for my blog, unless either
1) This is your first time coming across my blog; if so, hello!
2) You are reading this in an rss reader (And I think that there may be one of you haha).

I like it, the FAQ links and the Contact links don’t work as of yet, but that’s OK for now, I’ll try to work on them. This blog is going to come to you in three parts to day.

Part One
So I started working again at the take out annex at a restaurant downtown. I worked there last summer, and I hoped to move up to bussing this summer, but I’m not sure if that’s going to happen. The thing is, I would normally be upset that I am still working at the annex, but when I think about it there is nothing to be upset about. What you do is your just sit there with your music and your book, and when a person comes you just ask them what they want, grab it, and then give it to them. I guess I should kind of explain what the annex is to you before I go on. The annex is just kind of a part of a fancy restaurant in my town where I work. What I do is I just sell Clam Chowder and hotdogs, and if they want something else they have to go either inside, or on the patio and sit down. So what I do is I just make a lot of hotdogs and scoop some clam chowder. So my job is extremely easy, I get all the clam chowder my heart desires and I get paid! I think I can survive somehow. There was this waitress at the restaurant when I was working, who I think is new because I didn’t recognize her from last summer. Well I guess she thought that I was new because I just started working there again, so she tried to tell me how to do everything. I mean, it was nice of her to try to help me, but she even tried to tell me how to do little things, like pour chowder, that anyone could have done even if it was their first day!

Part Two: Allergies
Now I know that I’m not the only person out there with allergies, but my allergies are really bad. I’m allergic to almost everything on the plant; the most common ones are peanut butter dust and grass. I do have other allergies to things like cats, cheep metal, tuna fish and more, but those I don’t have to deal with very often. These past two weeks though I have been living off of allergy medicine and trying to stop sneezing. My eyes are also really itchy and it’s taking a lot of effort right now for me to keep them open, and the reason why I started writing this blog was to keep my hands from itching my eyes.

Part Three: Happy Mothers Day!
Now I’m pretty sure, if not positive, that I have no mothers that read my blog, this is because I have about two blog readers, but to those people who are reading this go tell your mother happy mothers day and do something. I don’t know what because I’m really bad at thinking of things to give, or do for people on holidays, but do something nice.

Boredom Prevails.

I really don’t like it when plans fall through; especially when this plan involves having the chance to go see the Star Trek movie the day before it comes out! The only problem was that it didn’t get over until midnight, and I had no ride home, and none of my friends were able to go. Let the record show though, if I could have gotten a ride home I would have went by myself and saw the movie. I’ll probably end up going tomorrow, but it would have been nice to just go see it before everyone else has.

I’ve come to realize that my blogs lack structure. They are very much what ever is on my mind at the time, and I will jump around and get back to the point later. I know this isn’t a good writing strategy, but that is my personality. Ask anyone who knows me, I will start a sentence, and it will remind me of three things, and I will stop mid sentence say the three things, and each of those things remind me of three more things, and eventually I will get back on topic, but usually after ten minutes of really confused looks. I always wonder what new people must think of me the first time they meet me. I always try to give off a good first impression, but if I meet them at a big social event and they get to see me with my friends in my natural stage, they just get a big spoonful of Ryan that they’re probably not quite ready for. But hey I won a gold metal in the personality portion of Academic Decathlon! Ha-ha, it’s sad that I reassure my self that I have a good personality with that.

My sense of humor has gone down the drain ever since I met Kevin, my Chemistry teacher and Drama coach, who makes bad bad jokes. Jokes about Helen Keller, and dead babies, and normal things used to be funny to me, and puns about Acorns growing up and saying “Gee I’m A Tree” (Geometry) used to not be funny. But today I was sitting in Chem class just doodling and stuff when I draw a mermaid. And I drew another mermaid next to it and I was jut kind of looking at it, when I started laughing. I then wrote C20H42 next to it and drew an arrow. When Kevin was just walking around the room he came over to me and just started laughing; I’m glad that someone gets my really bad jokes. (C20H42 is the chemical formula for Paraffin. Get it? Two mermaids: PAIR A’ FIN HAHAHAHA).

Well I should get some sleep because I have a big math quiz in the morning which I didn’t study for. Toodles!

PS. I’ve been getting tons and tons of comments in my blog about “Kim Kardashian’s Porn Tape!” I really don’t think they understand how much I don’t care. I don’t even know why my blog is getting spammed, but whatever, it only takes a couple of clicks and it’s all done.

I don’t have to number these anymore!

So, I took one day off from blogging after BEDA and I felt this empty void where my heart should be. Except, you know, not really. I have been to busy to even notice that there is a void. I’m excited now that blogging can go back to normal, when ever I feel like it, and even if I just need to say one little thing I can make a one sentence blog (Not that BEDA ever stopped me from that, often I would make less that one sentence per blog). But I’m going to tell you about my play.

So I am doing “A Thurber Carnival” which is a play where there are just a bunch of little skits, and I am in a few of them. In one of my skits I played a man stranded on a desert island when a mermaid came to talk to me. Another one my and my friend get to play drunk together. Now this seems to be a reoccurring theme for us. Last year we put on “Twelfth Night” by Shakespeare, in which my friend played Sir Toby Belch, and I played Sir Andrew. Toby and Andrew are friends, Toby is the smart one who actually knows what he is doing, and he just keeps Andrew around because he is rich and, well, he loves to get drunk. I don’t know why they keep casting us a drunken together, because it sure as hell isn’t type casting! Me and him are two of the most unlikely people to get drunk, so I don’t know why we are cast a drunk buddies. In my final scene I get to cheat on my wife, and then try to kill her with a plastic shovel. But in the play there are just some scene’s that aren’t funny, or dramatic, or really anything. They are just there. So I’m not a huge fan of the play, but whatever.

Next thing I want to talk about is the Swine Flu. I figured that everyone else is blogging about it, I may as well hop on that band wagon. All I need to say on the subject is that not everyone has the Swine Flu; but it’s really funny to assume that anyone who sneezes or coughs has it. I don’t know about you guys but around my school if anyone does anything that even resembles the common cold, they have the Swine Flu. It’s just kind of become a huge joke to us, and no one takes it seriously because it only really effects the young and the elderly.

I think I still want to do Fun Fact even without BEDA and I’m also going to post how far I am in Buffy The Vampire Slayer
