Vacation

I’m on Winter Break for this week, or rather, this past week, which is why I’ve somewhat neglected posting anything new, do to the fact that I’ve been out having fun. So far over break I’ve solved the Rubik’s cube many times, I’m down to two minutes. Mostly I’ve just been hanging out with friends, watching movies, sleeping over, killing zombies, the usual. It’s just been nice getting to sleep in, although tomorrow I have to wake up at 8:00 to go to providence. This post is mostly just to let you know that I’m not dead. Oh, also, the new website layout is just temporary, I got Adobe Dreamweaver so I’m just trying to figure out how to use it, so that is just one I made in half an hour or so, there should be a new and better one up when I get a chance. We’ll that’s about it.

Happy Valentines Day!!!

Happy Valentines day everyone! I hope you’ll all having a good day! You wouldn’t believe how crowed restaurants here are. I tried to call for a reservation and they said that they were busy until 10:00, granted I didn’t call until tonight, but I didn’t know where I was going to be eating until late last night. I think that Kayla and I are just going to walk downtown and maybe see if there are any food places that aren’t packed, I’m just waiting back from her to see if that’s what we’re doing. Aside from that I hope that all of my readers (All like two of them) are having a great day!

Happy Birthday Sarah Palin!

Sorry, it’s been a while since I last posted, a lot has happened this past week. Last wednesday I found out that a friend of mine who was one of my past directors for an acting group that I’m involved had passed away, and the funeral was on saturday. He was a really great guy, and will be missed. On a much lighter note though, it is now the start of the third quarter, meaning the start of new work, and new classes. For me only one of my classes got swapped out, I had to change from Piano to Gym. Also I had my first Rhode Island All State Choir rehearsal last wednesday. All State Choir is a group of singers who audition and are selected to sing in Providence, Rhode Island later on this year. In some states they have regionals, and divisions, but because Rhode Island is so small, you either make the cut, or you don’t. I also auditioned for the MHS Drama Club play last thursday, and I think I did OK. I believe the cast list is either going up tomorrow or the next day. Today is special for two reasons. 1) It’s Sarah Palin’s Birthday! Let me explain why I know that for you. One day I had my friend Connor over my house and we were playing with the Mii Creator on the Nintendo Wii. We decided to make all of the people running for president or vice president (Obama, McCain, Biden, and Palin). On the Mii Creator it asks you when their birthday is, so I looked up all of their birthdays, and we decided that on Sarah Palin’s birthday we are going to celebrate. 2) It’s set destruction day for the drama club. This means that at 6:30 tonight we are going to go take down the set so we can start building another one later (We are also having a Palin party there!). Aside from that the only other thing I have to tell you is to go see Coraline, because it’s AMAZING.
Also, I forgot my fun fact in my last post so I’ll post two today!

FF #1) Divers are much more likely to be hurt by giant clams than sharks
FF #2) Lewis and Clarke ate at least nine bald eagles during their exploration.

Getting Back Into The Swing Of Things.

It’s weird after exam week having to get used to having homework again, and doing normal school things. Auditions for the Middletown High school Drama Club are this week. I’ve been lazy and put off finding an audition partner, I’ll do that tomorrow. I planed on going to a town 20 minutes away from Hartford, CT this weekend to go visit some friends I haven’t seen in a while; unfortunately the actual likelihood of that happening is slim as of now. A few friends and myself had everything planned out, but then person who owns the house we were staying at said she only wanted four people to stay over, and I didn’t make the cut. Hopefully she changes her mind, or I find another place to stay at, because I was really looking forward to this trip to see some friends I haven’t seen in a while, and it would stink if I couldn’t. Other than that, nothing new has really happened, grades closed today so report cards should be home soon. I think that’s all I have to say
